Window controls missing

Several window controls present in the Adwaita icon set are missing in Cupertino-iCons, including the "hamburger menu" used in almost every Gnome core application for the "help" and "about" dialogs. This makes navigating several menus very difficult

The "locate" icon in Gnome Maps is also missing. Here is the icon on Adwaita:
