Display the "Physical storage" section for individual items

Currently the "Physical storage" section is only displayed to authenticated users. This prevents users from seeing the physical storage locations for collections (in the library) AND items (in the box/folder/etc). Hide the physical storage location of collections, but allow users to see the location at the item level.
