Description
MOM6 adopts C-grid so that S/T and U/V have different lon/lat.
Ocean-LETKF currently uses the same lat/lon for all model states, causing some mismatch when searching nearby obs for LETKF update for U/V.
Keep this in mind for high-resolution simulation.
