<VariantManagement/>: On manage View dialogue, on deleting of the views focus should move to next view

Describe the bug

Bug is raised as the behaviour of this component is not consistent with UI5 component, which create an a11y defect in Successfactor https://sapui5.hana.ondemand.com/#/entity/sap.m.VariantManagement/sample/sap.m.sample.VariantManagement

Reproduction steps

1. Go to https://ui5.github.io/webcomponents-react/v2/?path=/story/inputs-variantmanagement--default
2. Click on Arrow down icon then on Manage button

3. Delete one of the view with focus, then focus should move to next present view, if no next view focus should move to default one.

Expected Behaviour

It should follow the same behaviour in UI5 https://sapui5.hana.ondemand.com/#/entity/sap.m.VariantManagement/sample/sap.m.sample.VariantManagement, On deleting one of the views from the list focus should move to the next one, in case of no next view in the list focus should move the default view
