Update to OpenCore 0.8.7
Update OpenCore, AppleALC, and WhateverGreen to the latest versions. This commit also makes some minor changes to certain documentation files, and also slightly adjusts "config.plist". Versions of everything updated: OpenCore 0.8.5 -> 0.8.7 AppleALC 1.7.5 -> 1.7.7 WhateverGreen 1.6.1 -> 1.6.2
