conv_GATE_projdata_to_interfile tool does not exist in stir version 6.2.0

As mentioned on the documentation guide,

This program converts GATE raw sinogram output (.ima) into STIR interfile format. This utility
has not been used recently however, so beware.

This tool doesn't exist in the newest stir version.
