document admin feature

I ran the server and noticed that it printed links to an admin interface. I tried the link and it asked for a password. 
Looking at the code it seems like it needs to be set somehow with the set_admin_password command but I am not sure how it is supposed to be triggered. 

It would be nice if this was documented
