Various fixes #8447

This PR:

Adds the StatusCode enum.
Fixes opening non-existing paths in SelectRemotePath.
Fixes the download error state not working
(fixes "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect." #8354).
Moves the IPv8 pointer, which fixes a DHT inet_pton error that sometimes happens after startup
(see DHTDiscoveryCommunity IPv6 support #8276).
