Allow Beta versions & update it automatically from inside Tribler

Allow beta versions of Tribler from inside Tribler with a menu option, and then update it automatically from inside Tribler whenever new Tribler beta version is released.

As shown in image below :-

Allow user to join beta programme

Update it automatically whenever the new beta version update drops

Sure: this is still on the roadmap, but not on a short-term milestone (yet).

For the short-ish term, we could add an "upgrade available" status icon to #8444, once that is implemented.
