Unread thread pager stuck when it's the same thread #83

When the unread thread pager points to the current thread it doesn't do anything. You tried working around this by just having it auto-refresh the page, but that was really annoying. Then a SvelteKit change fixed it, but that behavior changed yet again.

Needs a new workaround. But maybe wait on this until SvelteKit's new loading system.
