chore: attribute v1.0.0-rc.39 OIDC RP-logout contribution

The PR commit (#49) and the sync commit's existing Co-Authored-By trailer
both used synapse@homeroot.net, which isn't linked to a verified GitHub
account so neither resolved to a contributor entry. This empty commit
re-records the attribution using the GitHub-verified noreply email so
the contribution lands in the Contributors list.
