Display the required amount of land for the next level of the city

Create a parameter that will display the required amount of captured land for a city to advance to the next level. This information can be seen when using the /t command. This will stimulate city growth, allowing for the construction of new outposts, tax breaks, or the creation of nations, if these are dependent on the city's level.
