Add language display names and notes #5333
Description
Language display names are intended for languages that cannot use a canned algorithm to convert the directory name to the actual language name -- e.g.:
- php is PHP
- javascript is JavaScript
- cobol is COBOL
- ...
Also, add special notes for languages that have special input/output requirements.
This is in preparation for the upcoming release of glotter2 0.15.0, which supports these features.
