Feature: Configurable Post Display Quantity

As we don't have a "never ending" scroll feature (to my knowledge, anyways), may want to allow user to change number of submissions displayed per page via their [website]/user_settings/[username] page. Obviously need an upper bound, maybe just a drop down with 25/50/100 if our servers can handle that load.

It would be great to downsize the deal post titles say, 25-30%.

That change should allow a more reasonable 6 or so posts to be viewable on a mobile device. Currently the size limits this to 4 viewable at a time before scrolling on mobile.
