Issue with using multiple Debrid providers

If you use one Torrentio installation with multiple debrid providers, and one of the providers has an error or is unavailable, Torrentio will error and not display any sources.

My expected behavior is that it would continue to work with the other povided debrids as backups. This will mean people need to install multiple instances of Torrentio in order to have "backup" as one malfunctioning debrid prevents all others from working.
