TODO: Spawn and Itemize Wazza <Totem Merchent>

In Alpha, the NPCs, quests and quest items (i.e. saptas) for the shaman totem quests don't exist. However, the totem items themselves exist, and the shaman totem spells require them like in beta/release. This leaves much of the shaman's toolkit unusable, which handicaps the class due to them not being able to use one of their core features. This seems to have been an issue that Blizzard addressed, as there exists a totem merchant in the game files named Wazza: https://db.thealphaproject.eu/index.php?action=show_creature&id=4443&filter=wazza&sort_order=name&pos=1&max=1

There's no data about this NPC's level, vendor table, pretty much anything besides their name, subname and model. This NPC uses an unfinished troll female model, which could indicate they didn't spawn in Thunder Bluff or any other tauren area. It's likely they spawned in Orgrimmar, given their race and the fact that they probably sold higher-level totems like Air Totem. They probably spawned near Kardris Dreamseeker who is accompanied by the other Orgrimmar shaman trainers.

• Spawn Wazza near Kardris in Orgrimmar
• Make Wazza a vendor and have them sell the Earth, Water, Fire and Air Totems (it would be wise for them to act like a shaman trainer and only provide this service to shamans, as the totems cannot be deleted)
• Give Wazza an appropriate level (40 - 60 range, given the NPCs around them)
