Currently, for mocking the network requests, we use jasmine-ajax, which limits us to only the Jasmine test runner. As we explore alternatives to Jasmine and Karma, it is beneficial to migrate to a platform-agnostic solution, and MSW checks all the boxes. See #7766 for more details
