[BUG] "no jumps" in modifiers no longer saves

Describe the problem

When you go into the song options menu then the modifiers menu, if you select "no jumps" it appears to save it but does not actually save it. Jumps will still appear and if you go into the options menu again it will no longer have that option selected.
