Describe the bug
When I visit https://piped.video/, the site keeps loading without showing any results.
To Reproduce
Open https://piped.video/ in any browser (tested on Safari iOS and desktop).
Go to the Trending section.
Wait for the page to load.
Expected behavior
The Trending page should display a list of videos.
Other sections should load normally.
