iOS PWA doesn't work #4094

- The bug is reproducible on the official hosted instance, or is API-related.
Describe the bug
Whether I'm adding my selfhosted site to my homescreen or a public instance the videos don't play. They maybe play 1-2 frames then permanently pause. I can see the rest of the video is loaded up. Sometimes the timer goes but theres no picture.
To Reproduce
- Open Piped Instance
- Add to Homescreen
- Open PWA
- Click video
- Stare at still video
