Time feed displays half language Interface #13302

Steps to reproduce the bug
Just open the app as usual.
- Go to Settings
- Select Content
- Select language app to Indonesian
Expected behavior
The localization language app should been changed.
Actual behavior
The time feed view displays half the localization language.

Additional information
The localization language Indonesia should been to follow the time feed by following system default device.
Previousl version, the time feed of was okay and since the version 0.28.x seems the language interface localization was showing half language english half indonesian.
Example: x Minutes/Hours/Days/Months/Years ago = Menit/Jam/Hari/Bulan/Tahun yang lalu
