This software and its contents (the “Software”) are shared for review, learning, and personal use only. This license strictly prohibits commercial use, sale, or re-licensing of the Software. Anyone who uses the Software is deemed to accept all terms below.

1. Definitions

  • “Software” means all source code, files, documentation, and other materials in this repository.
  • “Licensor” means the person or entity that holds the rights to this Software (Miyotu).
  • “User” means any natural person or organization that views, downloads, or otherwise uses this Software.

2. Permitted Use

Users may:

  • View and inspect the source code

  • Modify and experiment with the Software in a local environment

3. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • This license document must remain with the project
  • Attribution must be visible and readable (for example in the README, About screen, or project description)

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

  • The Software is provided “AS IS”, without any express or implied warranty.
  • The Licensor is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Software.
  • The User assumes all risk and responsibility for using the Software.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property and copyright in the Software belong to Miyotu.
  • This license grants no ownership or joint ownership rights to the User.
  • No part of the Software may be republished under a different license or transferred to third parties without Miyotu’s prior written permission.

7. Termination

  • Any use that violates these terms automatically terminates this license.
  • Upon termination, the User must destroy all copies of the Software.

8. Governing Law

  • This license is subject to applicable national and international intellectual property laws.
  • Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Licensor’s country of residence.

This license is adapted from the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license and customized for Miyotu.
