put glasses in real time in face

I see this project example of android and i am working on it that can put glasses in face in real time,i can find the position of glasses but i have some question

1. BRFFace class can give me scale and i need scale for glasses ,what is the basis of this scale ?can you explain more about it?
2. I get rotation of face from BRFFace class and used matrix for setRotation and setTranslate and setScale for glasses but it dosn't work,is it wrong ?

   how you can put glasses in face and how can you scale and rotate and set position in it?!
