feat(react-components): refine and finalize the react components package and release it

We must expand our design system by creating a React library around our existing Lit elements as a wrapper. This will enable easier integration of our web components within React projects, ensuring compatibility with React versions 16, 17, and 18.
These components are going to be generated by a script and be published as @tapsioss/react-components on NPM.
