Make it possible to run invalidateQueries not run in the background

Use case:

1. Have component with visible and active query with suspense fallback component wrapping it
2. Issue mutation changing the data, invalidate query (or some better way?) (as a side note, it would be good if the mutation could also trigger suspense)
3. Have the invalidate query work in the foreground triggering the suspense instead of showing the stale data
