Respawn UI squad member list update

Description:

When you select a squad in the respawn UI, the squad member list does not update when a new member joins the squad.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In respawn UI select a squad in the list on the left
2. Wait until a new member joins the squad
3. The member count (top list) gets updated but the member list (bottom list) does not update

Where did the issue occur?
