Update request

First of all thank you very much for this fabulous application

I would have a request to do so I would have more options to rename the files, currently I have the option to use the name I created + line name, I wanted to do the opposite.

The easiest workaround to this problem, would be a own column for naming the PDF file.

If really want to change the order, you could compile the program by yourself with Visual Studio and change the order in https://github.com/Tadelsucht/BulkPDF/blob/master/BulkPDF/MainForm.cs#L202 or if you use the shortcut functionality https://github.com/Tadelsucht/BulkPDF/blob/master/BulkPDFConsole/Worker.cs#L85 .
