Add novice status to user profiles #54

Currently, the user profiles don't track whether or not someone is a beginner, novice or experienced archer.

Beginner: Must be supervised while shooting. Still learning the sport.
Novice: In their first year of shooting. May need extra help sometimes.
Experienced: Has been shooting for over 1 year.
