Hourly intervals

I don't see a way to set hourly intervals as some of my meds are every 4 to 6 hours so my dosage times change throuout the day. I don't follow a set hourly schedule. Am I missing something?

Want to scope this right before adding anything. Which of these matches how you actually take them?

1. Set times, just spaced out — e.g. 06:00 / 12:00 / 18:00, the same every day. You can already add several times to one medicine today, so this part works now; is that close enough, or too rigid for you?

2. Spaced from your last dose — you take one, and the next reminder comes ~4–6 hours later, so the times drift through the day depending on when you actually took the previous dose. No fixed clock times.

And when you say "4 to 6 hours" — is that a flexible window (anywhere in that range is fine), or just a single longer gap you want to set? That distinction is the main thing I need to know.

Hi Sam, Say I wake at 8am and take a pill but then I need to take it 4 hours later because I'm in pain I want the timer to start over at a 6 hour interval. Then if I take it in 5 hours and mark it taken I want the timer to start over at the set 6 hour interval again. I never want to go beyond the 6 hour time limit because if I miss that mark it can take a good bit of time for my body to reregulate. I have created my own automations and helpers but they are limited to the 1 medication unless I recreate them for each medication. MY mother has the same issue and I would like to make sharing the setup easy for the both of us as well as adding additional medications.
