+
+TRUTHFRAMER v1.6.0 adds a public consumer-side receipt for the v1.5.0 public verification capsule.
+
+It proves that the public capsule can be fetched from the public URL, matched against its declared capsule SHA-256, checked for public artifact liveness, bound to the v1.5.0 release tag, and consumed without private source.
