New feature: category->single article masthead

This release adds a new feature where if you have a "category blog" menu item and you created a masthead for that menu item. When you click through to the single article view the module replaces the masthead with:

• Title: Article title
• Description: Intro Text (still need to decide if this is best solution)
• Image: It tries to use this fallback: intro image ->fulltext image ->menu masthead image -> default masthead image.

I'd like to have a conversation on how to best deal with descriptions:
options for masthead description i can think of:

• "category name",
• intro text (first 20 char.),
• intro/fulltext image alt text,
• intro/fulltext image caption.

I could create a configuration tab where you could choose from these. and in future we can add more configuration options there as needed.

What do you guys think?
