Description
Hi, I found Std cells' location do not update if use open source FDPlacer rather than FDPlacer from plc_client when executing SA python code, because open source FDPlacer does not update such location in plc. Then the cost will be wrong if use open source FDPlacer, since it use plc function to calculate cost.
