Missing rcx_patterns.rules in SKY130HD_FS enablement

Hi! I am trying to replicate flow 3 with ariane133 design and Skywater130 with Fakestack. I setup OpenROAD and extract Skywater 130 platform from ./Enablements/SKY130HD/SKY130HD_FS.tar.gz.

Provided rcx_patterns.rules is a dynamic link in SKY130HD_FS and the source file is unavailable. I attempt to resolve the issue by replacing it with rcx_patterns.rules from OpenROAD-flow-scripts/flow/platforms/sky130hd/rcx_patterns.rules, but shortly run into an issue (similar to this) that the replacement rcx_patterns.rules does not have data for added layer.

Will the proper rcx_patterns.rules be provided on the repo to replicate flow 3 as suggested?
