GraphLaplacians incompatible with julia release #8
Description
When you try to run K_SpecPart with the current julia version (1.10.2), you cannot add the GraphLaplacians package due to "compability requirements". GraphLaplacians functionality has been moved to GraphSignals package, however. So this could possibly easily be fixed by replacing the package names here and here...
