Pixel plot improvements #182
Description
- Use pixel mask to only set non np.nan values in pixels have data for so can display different between really 0 count or a not included pixel. At the moment we use the largest pixel mask so if during the request we have 12 then later only 4 all 12 pixel will alway have values.
- Include RCR state in the plot
- If sum over time in plot report unique states in time interval?
- Support different normalisation schemes type, min max for entire data, min max of current time, energy, Log
