Velocity: isOnJoin / isOnQuit is not true when the according vanish event is fired on join / quit

When listening to the VelocityUserVanishEvent or the VelocityUserUnVanishEvent,
VanishOptions#isOnJoin or VanishOptions#isOnQuit is still false even though the events are fired on join / quit through persistent vanish.

hey, i can't dedicate time to fix the issue for a while. i will fix it in sayanvanish v2, but it's not gonna be out for at least a few months.
