Fix BioCommons logo rendering with authentic colors and proper hexagonal geometry

Implemented official BioCommons PANTONE colors:

• Orange: #f49f1d (PANTONE 7408)
• Teal: #5ac3b1 (PANTONE 7465)
• Dark Blue: #205a86 (PANTONE 2161)
• Bright Green: #2cb77c (PANTONE 2413)
• Pink: #ed087c (PANTONE 226)
• Purple: #b21e8d (PANTONE 241)
• Sage Green: #8ea869 (PANTONE 5777)

Create overlapping hexagon design that authentically represents BioCommons logo and improve ASCII art geometry for better terminal compatibility in utils/style.py.
