Commoner Outfit does not display colors like light armor,

commoner armour has colour, but other base one doesn't. It does seem like its meant to as the image for it is transparent, however the main body has no mask for it.

I dont think its an issue with the library editor as other armours convert masks fine, so not sure why this one doesn't have it.

No of course not, if its not in the official files there's no way of fixing it.

If you know of alternative WIL/WTL files which have this fixed please upload it and I can update the client

Unfortunately, I saw that some clients fixed this material, but it was encrypted, so I couldn't tell which file it was.
