Create new Object requires Sample value, doesn't offer inheritance

When creating a new object, SuperClass isn't offered for selection and the new Object requires a Sample.

Steps to reproduce:
> Create New Definition
> Select OB Object for OB Definition type

Required fields are Definition name, Definition description and Sample.
