2 HA Instances + 1 RaspberryMatic: Pending PONG mismatch

I have two Home Assistant Instances within my network.

Both HA Instances have their own RaspberryMatic Addon instance with their own devices.

I have tried to add the raspberrymatic-hub of HA instance 1 to the Homematix(IP) local integration of the HA instance 2, which keeps me with "Pending PONG mismatch" error.

I have read what the solutions to this error say and have tried to change the name of the hub-configuration, I have also changed the name of the HA instance 2 and I change the name within the raspberrymatic of both HA instances to different names. But the error still ist there.

What am I doing wrong? I'd like to have some device-states of the raspberrymatic Hub on HA instance 1 within both HA instances.

EACH Instance of the INTEGRATION needs a unique name.

Add the integration diagnostics for details.
Sometimes a registrations hangs on the CCU, so a CCU restart is required.

I had set an unique name for every instance of the Homematix(IP) local integration. As I can see, I can set the instance name only at the beginning of the process when adding the hub right?

Addition:

I have deleted the relevant Homematix(IP) instance now and readded it again with a surely unique name.

Theres still the same error and I as far as I can see within the HA protocol the old, deleted instance of the integration is also still somewhow active, though I deleted the hub.

This is the protocol entry.
The "CCU-Andre" instance is deleted. The "HM_Andre" instance is the new one I have some minutes ago.

1. Hast du die Logs deiner CCU kontrolliert, bzw. die CCU mal neugestartet? Die Infos dazu sind auch wichtig!
2. Nach wie vor fehlen die Diagnoseinformationen der Integrationen.
3. Bei Logs sind die vollständigen (unveränderten Logs) interessant, und nicht Übersicht.

Hi,

zu 1.) die CCU wurde mehrfach neu gestartet, die HA Instanzen auch. Es lief auch einige Zeit lang unproblematisch über Monate. Irgendwann nach einem Update muss es plötzlich nicht mehr geklappt haben. Da ich aber die zweite Instanz nicht ständig selbst im Blick habe, habe ich das erst jetzt festgestellt. Die Logs habe ich mir gerade angesehen. Ich sehe auch Errors, die durch die zweite HA Instanz ausgelöst werden, durch die Integration. Aber mir sagen die nichts konkretes. Das Log habe ich angehangen. Zur Info: die CCU, die abgerufen werden soll liegt auf der IP 192.168.178.200 - die zweite HA Instanz ist unter IP 192.168.178.170 und die Integration hat den Name "HM_Andre". Die "HM_Andre" kann von der CCU unter IP 192.168.178.200 die Daten nicht abrufen mit dem o.g. Fehler.

zu 2.) Diagnose Infos habe ich nun heruntergeladen und angehangen:

zu 3.) Das gesamte Log hat 55MB, weil ich das Debugging eingeschaltet hab - ich weiß nicht wie ich es hier komplett uploaden soll. Ich hab daher mal die ersten 20% nach dem letzten Reboot der 2. HA Instanz in eine neue TXT kopiert und angehangen.

Kurze Übersicht nochmal:

1. HA Instanz: 192.168.178.200

   • Integrationsname von Homematic(IP) local ist "RaspberryMatic"
   • die CCU läuft hier als Addon

2. HA Instanz: 192.168.178.170

   • Integrationsname von Homematic(IP) local ist "HM_Andre" und zeigt Richtung der CCU auf 192.168.178.200
   • Zweite Integration heißt "CCU_Stephan" und zeigt auf die eigene CCU die hier ebenfalls als Addon läuft

Wenn Du mehrere Instanzen der Integration verwendest solltest du auch mehrere Diagnosen anhängen.

Deine CCU hat ein Problem Daten los zu werden, was bei der Konfiguration aber auch verständlich ist.

Warum verwendest Du callback port und host, der dazu noch auf den JSON Port der CCU direkt zeigt, das macht keinen Sinn.

Schau in die Doku, dort sind die Konfigurationsoptionen beschrieben, bzw. im oberen Teil sind Installationanleitungen (auch mit Addon) verlinkt.

Das war's... Ich hab bei der Instanz die Callbackadresse entfernt, sowie die Angabe für die beiden Ports rausgenommen. Seitdem funktioniert es nun.

Ich finde das "CCU" irgendwie verwirrend. Sind doch alles RaspberryMatic's.

Wenn ich es richtig verstehe gibt es:

• HA-A (192.168.178.200) mit RaspberryMatic AddOn (RM-A)
• HA-B (192.168.178.170) mit RaspberryMatic AddOn (RM-B)

RM-B soll in HA-A integriert werden.

Das wichtigste hierbei ist die "Netzwerk-Konfiguration" von RM-B.
Hier müssen alle relevanten Schnittstellenports "nach außen" freigegeben werden.
Man kann (und sollte) sich hier größtenteils an die Vorgaben halten.

Bei "CCU WebUI HTTP (Extern)" wird i.d.R. Port 8088 empfohlen.
Diesen Port muss man beim Einrichten der Integration (auf HA-A für RM-B) als JSON-RPC Port eintragen.

Dann sollte das eigentlich laufen.
