[FR] Copy/Paste as number of milliseconds

Please add following items to the context menu of every time field field (e. g. "Start time" or "Duration" in the main window; "Hour:min:secs,ms" in "Adjust all times" window):

1. "Copy as number of milliseconds". Selecting it should put "100354" to the clipboard for "00:01:40,354" field value.
2. "Paste as number of milliseconds". Selecting it should try to convert the clipboard contents (as the number of milliseconds) to the appropriate format. E. g. doing that having "65367" in the clipboard toward "Start time" should paste "00:01:05,367"; toward "Duration" should paste "65,367".
   This should be useful if one uses an external calculator application.
