Request for Two New Shortcuts

Two new shortcuts are highly suggested to implement which are:

Split at cursor/video position, merge with previous subtitle and auto-break

and

Split at cursor/video position, merge with next subtitle and auto-break

Because this is very useful, especially in post-processing for Whipser-aided workflow. We all know that currently one pain points here is that the splits are not quite appropriate, e.g.:

creating new supporting software,
improving the noise-canceling

features, and most importantly, making the
overall sound quality just so much better.

which really should be adjusted as (including timecode changes):

For that, what we usually do is to, in this case, split the word "features" as a separate subtitle, then merge it with the pervious one, and re-break if needed.

Honestly, fixes like this sometimes can go far beyond what's expected. So why not have one shortcut instead of three to enjoy a 3x speedup? :)
