Add Customizability to Keybinds/Hotkeys

It would be super helpful if the current Keybind/Hotkey System had an function which we Developer can call, for users to customize the keybinds/hotkeys. We don’t need a full UI or anything fancy—just the ability for keybinds to have an "Original Key" that users can change if needed, like we had in Athena.

It would also be great if developers could give each keybind/hotkey a name or description (or both). This could later be used in a UI to make it easier for users to see what each keybind does.
