[develop] Work parties and contracts can be created but not edited/accepted

Something wrong with the contract UI. Created contracts cannot be clicked.

Repro cannot edit:

1. Create a new contract board and add a contract
2. Click on the contract

Expected outcome: Clicking the contract will open Edit UI.
Actual outcome: Clicking on the contract does nothing.

Repro cannot accept:

1. Create a new contract board and add a contract
2. Have another player click on the contract

Expected outcome: Clicking the contract will open Accept UI.
Actual outcome: Clicking on the contract does nothing.
