Can not open connection

Hello anybody,

I installed Solarman (Version 25.08.16) on my Home Assistant. Added all information according to the guideline. Also HA showed my that a new devide was found on the IP adress. But I can´t get a connection to Solarman.

Only deviation I found was that the serial number should stratt with 17xxxxxxx, 21xxxxxxx or 40xxxxxxx and that this should be protocol V5 and if not I should use protocol V4. But here I don´t find any infomation how to proceed.

My inverter is a Sofar Solar HYD 15KTL-3PH and my data logger stick serial number is 29xxxxxxxxx.

Please can somebody support me getting this running?

Hi @Thorsten2212, according to the version mentioned you are using ha-solarman.. Did you select correct sofar profile and is the logger pingable from within HA? If so and still having issues can you show me the debug log?

Please respond by raising an issue in the mentioned repository. 😉

Hello @davidrapan , I don´t know what happened but today it seems so that I get the data from my converter. So at the moment problem soved. Thank you very much for your answer and offer to help.
