More `[AST]` enhancements

In order to make the PowerShell AST and the C# AST have similar capabilities within PipeScript, we want to add a few more extended properties and methods:

• AST.GetRelativeIndex() should determine the collection within the parent and the index #1082
• AST.get_Trivia should return leading comments #1083
