Add encryption as optional

Hi,
as the backend behind internxt is ovh object storage, what about having an option which will allow to disable encryption?
More a feature request than an issue :)

@jpmenil Possible in theory but this would also break compatibility with official clients. Apart from that, files were historically not exclusively hosted at OVH.
