The client would like to have the ability to manage (Add/Edit/Delete) resources for the /Resources/ResourceLinks page.
Resources currently point to an external website or a document hosted on the PC2 website. Resources should be sorted in alphabetical order.
One resource Medicare Resources also has a description after the link.
