Annotations problems

System Information:

• 3D Slicer 5.10.0
• Windows 10
• Tutorial Maker — develop branch (version downloaded on 11/19/25 at 11:00 AM)

Observations

• Text annotations and text-arrow annotations use different designs. It should be possible to add or remove the border consistently in both annotation types.

• Text annotations and text-arrow annotations do not allow the user to move the cursor within the text.
  (This feature is already included in the version from issue107/ImproveAnnotations.)

• Text annotations are not updated correctly.
  Adjusting the width and height of the text box is difficult. In a previous update, it was possible to reposition the text box and have the annotator automatically adjust its width and height.
  Additionally, when the text is very long, the second resize handle moves outside the visible image, making it impossible to adjust its position.
  (This behavior is already improved in issue107/ImproveAnnotations.)

• The resize handle for modifying the annotation still appears on other slides, even when the annotation is no longer selected.

Please @DouSam let me know if you need help moving the flagged and approved features to a new branch by merging the develop branch and issue107/ImproveAnnotations.
