Permission request for Bedrock Edition port (assets)

Hi! First of all, amazing mod — Presence Footsteps is one of the most beloved audio mods in the Java community.
I'm a Bedrock Edition addon developer and I wanted to ask for permission to create an unofficial Bedrock port of Presence Footsteps.
The port would:

• Give full credit to you and the original project
• Clearly state that it's an unofficial port
• Follow the same license as the original mod
• Be published for free

My main question is:

Would you allow the use of the original sound assets, or should I recreate them from scratch?
